Webloggle Terms of Service

Welcome to Webloggle™, a Chrome extension designed to help you collect, organize, and revisit links while you browse. By installing or using Webloggle (“the Extension”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Webloggle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

Use of the Extension

You agree to use Webloggle only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You may:

  • Use the free version with a limited feature set

  • Upgrade to Webloggle Pro for expanded features and multi-tab support

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

  • Misuse the service or use it to scrape, spam, or collect data from others

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or internal business use. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure and not sharing it with others. Misuse may result in account or key revocation.

Subscription & Payment

Certain features of Webloggle require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis — either monthly or yearly — until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the website. Once canceled, your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused time, or early cancellation.

All sales are final once a billing period begins. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to Pro features after payment, please contact support @ webloggle.com within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

Webloggle, the Webloggle logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are the intellectual property of Vontae Mack LLC. All rights reserved.
You may not use any of these trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

User Data

Webloggle stores data locally in your browser. If you opt-in to Pro features, certain usage data may be transmitted securely for the purpose of licensing and account management.

We do not sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Webloggle at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the service or other users.

Disclaimer

Webloggle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Webloggle is a browser extension designed to enhance your web experience. While we strive for compatibility across various websites, we cannot guarantee flawless performance on all web platforms due to varying site structures and technologies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vontae Mack LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Webloggle. Users assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from the extension’s use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via our website or within the Extension itself.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms or the use of Webloggle shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier or Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
